Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Sales Manager for an on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. The Assistant Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, develop innovative strategies to attract potential customers, and assist the team in achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, supporting the sales team, providing guidance, and contributing to a positive sales environment.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or vehicle sales is an advantage.
