Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager - Proactive, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets. They will also coordinate with other departments to ensure client requirements are met, prepare sales reports, and participate in sales meetings and events. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Coordination and collaboration skills to work with different departments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
