The AVP - Project Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and real estate development.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects from concept to handover.Budgeting & SchedulingPrepare, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion.Compliance & QualityOversee site progress and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, legal norms, and quality standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with design, procurement, engineering teams, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution.Team LeadershipProvide guidance and direction to project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enhance performance and resolve challenges.Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize project disruptions.Regulatory CoordinationLiaise with government authorities for timely approvals, permits, clearances, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.Stakeholder ManagementMaintain effective communication and relationships with clients, vendors, internal teams, and statutory bodies.Reporting & ReviewsAnalyze project reports, financials, and KPIs; prepare regular progress updates and presentations for senior leadership.Innovation & SustainabilityDrive adoption of modern construction technologies, sustainability initiatives, and energy-efficient practices.Continuous Improvement Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve excellence in project delivery.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. (Master’s degree / PMP certification is a plus)Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project management.Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value projects.Expertise in project planning, construction management, and budgeting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
