We are Hiring for Executive Assistant To VP, Group Communications

Qualification: Any Degree

Years of Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Sex: Male only

CTC range: Current CTC not more than 10 to 15 LPA.

Job Locations: Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the SVPs calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.

Liaison with Chairpersons Office: Coordinate closely with the Chairpersons Office team to align meetings, reviews, and other organizational priorities.

Media Coordination: Work with media representatives to set up interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communication between the SVP and external media.

Bills & Payments: Handle bills, invoices, reimbursements, and payment processing in line with company policies.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare departmental reports, dashboards, presentations, and maintain relevant records and databases for smooth functioning.

Communication Management: Draft and manage correspondence, internal memos, and follow-ups to ensure timely closure of tasks.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, collate briefing material, track action items, and circulate minutes of meetings.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain utmost confidentiality while handling sensitive information and decision-making processes.

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.

Professional demeanor, proactive mindset, and strong stakeholder management skills

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President (SVP). This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth functioning of the SVPs office while liaising effectively with internal teams, the Chairpersons Office, and external stakeholders including media.
