Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales - Assistant Manager to Manager located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, prospecting potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting the company's real estate projects, negotiating deals, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

  • 2 - 10 Years experience in Real Estate sales.
  • Strong Channel partner relation
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
