Our Mission:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, serving as their trusted advisor in the real estate market.

Property Showcase: Present and showcase exclusive properties through engaging presentations, personalized tours, and unique events.

Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective buyers, expertly managing the sales process from start to finish to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients with up-to-date information on market trends, property values, and lucrative investment opportunities in Bangalore.

Client Service: Deliver a superior level of customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally throughout the entire sales journey.

Brand Representation: Maintain a professional and polished appearance, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills as a representative of our brand.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in residential sales and a deep understanding of the real estate market (Preferred but not mandatory).

Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of Bangalore's geographical locations and real estate market.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).

Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Bonus: Prior experience in property consultancy is highly valued.
