Role & responsibilities

  • Engage with potential buyers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties and their amenities.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits and property tours for interested clients.
  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to keep them engaged and informed.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and documents.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business. Marketing. Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or real estate sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
