Role & responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Provide detailed information about available properties and their amenities.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits and property tours for interested clients.
- Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospective clients to keep them engaged and informed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals and documents.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Business. Marketing. Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or real estate sales role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
