Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss property needs, conducting property viewings, and providing expert advice on real estate investments. Daily tasks include generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales. The consultant will also be involved in negotiations, contract preparations, and staying updated with the latest market trends and property values.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate Sales and Sales skills
  • Real Estate knowledge and experience
  • Customer Service and Training skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
