Position Summary

The Sales Trainer – Real Estate is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the performance, product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service of the real estate sales team. This role ensures that new and existing agents are fully equipped to achieve sales targets, uphold the company's standards, and deliver excellent client experiences.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.


• Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally with hands-on experience achieving targets.


• Prior experience in a training / coaching role, designing & delivering sales training programs.


• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal skills.


• Analytical skills: ability to track, measure, and report on training effectiveness; comfortable with data.


• Coaching / mentoring mindset; ability to motivate and develop people.


• Proficiency with training tools (e.g. Learning Management Systems, virtual training platforms), Microsoft Office, presentation tools.


• Flexibility to travel (if required) to different sales locations / sites for on-field training.

Experience


• Typically, 3-5 years in real estate sales plus 2-3 years in training/coaching roles; or more depending on seniority.


• For senior / leadership training positions: 7-12+ years of experience
