Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Sales Professional based in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai & Pune, In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored property recommendations. Day-to-day duties include conducting property viewings, assisting clients with negotiations, closing sales transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also be tasked with staying updated on market trends and ensuring a smooth real estate-buying process for clients.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate regulations.
  • Proven experience in Real Estate and Sales, demonstrating an ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with a client-first approach to service delivery.
  • Knowledge of Real Property transactions, including market analysis and investment insights.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
