Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Candidates will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate transactions and holding a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills and experience in fostering client relationships
- Knowledge of Sales principles and the ability to effectively market and promote Real Property
- Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset
