Role Overview
We're looking for a
Corporate Partnerships Associate
to drive
B2B growth
by onboarding corporate clients (startups, enterprises, co-working spaces, etc.) and building lasting partnerships. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding FirstClub's reach among working professionals through
employee benefit programs, pantry supplies, and corporate gifting solutions
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close
partnerships with corporates
, co-working spaces, and offices. - Pitch FirstClub's value proposition and customized membership offerings to HR, admin, and procurement teams.
- Build B2B offerings such as
office pantry plans, gifting solutions
, or
employee wellness benefits
. - Own the
end-to-end onboarding journey
for corporate clients. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and service delivery.
- Track partnership performance and drive
account growth and retention
.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in
B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise business development
. - Strong network across corporates, startups, and co-working spaces is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in wellness/FMCG/Q-commerce or employee benefits is preferred.
- Self-starter with high ownership and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
