Role Overview
The Corporate Partnerships Specialist will drive corporate fundraising initiatives, focusing on partnerships that advance our mission. The role involves researching prospects, building relationships, developing proposals, arranging meetings and managing long-term partnerships. This is a dynamic, public-facing role suited for someone with strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to translate our vision into compelling funding opportunities for corporates.
Key Responsibilities
1) Prospect Management
• Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate partners.
• Initiate outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn and email campaigns.
• Qualify leads and set up introductory meetings.
2) Proposal Development
• Support in creating, customizing and presenting proposals, decks and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.
• Work closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
3) Partnership Engagement
• Arrange and attend meetings with decision-makers.
• Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
4) Relationship Management
• Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
• Support donor recognition, acknowledgements and branding deliverables.
5) Events & Immersive Experiences
• Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and partnership engagement events.
• Assist in organising fundraising campaigns, workshops and public-facing CSR events.
6) Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate partner databases, track outreach metrics (calls, emails, meetings) and report progress to leadership.
• Support compliance and due diligence documentation for partners.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
• Ability to create proposals, presentations and impact reports.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

• Contribution towards annual fundraising targets.
