Key Fundraising Position Available

 

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced fundraiser, requiring a strong ability to build long-term corporate relationships and drive Param's fundraising initiatives forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing significant funding from CSR partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads, with a focus on CSR partnerships.
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals that showcase the impact of our work and highlight opportunities for corporate engagement.
  • Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads and decision-makers, ensuring transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences: Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and donor engagement events, assisting in organizing fundraising campaigns, workshops and public-facing CSR events.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
  • Ability to create proposals, presentations and impact reports.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
