We are looking for a driven Enterprise Sales &
Outbound Sales
to lead 2Factor's outbound motion—owning lead generation, pitching, closing, and eventually building a sales team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate enterprise leads using data research and prospecting tools.
  • Reach out to high-ticket clients, set up discovery calls, and schedule meetings.
  • Understand client pain points and pitch tailored 2Factor solutions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle – from outreach, proposals, and negotiations to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Upsell and cross-sell when relevant.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5–8 years in 
    B2B outbound/enterprise sales.
  • Proven experience in 
    lead generation

    client prospecting
    , and managing 
    end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Strong in 
    communication

    negotiation
    , and 
    stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with 
    CRM
     and 
    prospecting tools.
  • Background in 
    SaaS

    CPaaS
    , or 
    tech/API products
     preferred.
  • Bonus: On-field sales, startup exposure, or experience building sales teams.
