Role:

Drive sales and build strong relationships with enterprises, universities, and training partners. Sell certification programs (AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, Red Hat, PMI, PRINCE2) and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and manage enterprise & academic accounts
  • Build relationships with HR, L&D heads, and academic coordinators
  • Handle proposals, RFPs, contracts, and closures
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM
  • Represent SFJBS at industry and academic events

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years in B2B sales, preferably IT training, enterprise software, or education sector
  • Knowledge of certification training programs
  • Strong network with enterprises and academic institutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
