
Sales Manager – Enterprise

Role:
Drive sales and build strong relationships with enterprises, universities, and training partners. Sell certification programs (AWS, Microsoft, EC-Council, Red Hat, PMI, PRINCE2) and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and manage enterprise & academic accounts
- Build relationships with HR, L&D heads, and academic coordinators
- Handle proposals, RFPs, contracts, and closures
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline in CRM
- Represent SFJBS at industry and academic events
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years in B2B sales, preferably IT training, enterprise software, or education sector
- Knowledge of certification training programs
- Strong network with enterprises and academic institutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
