  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competition activity, and customer needs to provide market intelligence.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, collection targets, and customer acquisition KPIs.
  • Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
