Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Humma Dairy. The candidate will be responsible for promoting dairy products, expanding the customer base, handling retail & institutional sales, and ensuring market visibility of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage retail and distribution networks in assigned areas.
  • Generate sales through field visits, cold calls, and client meetings.
  • Identify potential customers and onboard new outlets/distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand visibility.
  • Maintain records of sales, collections, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Immediate Joiner Only
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Must own a 2-wheeler and valid driving license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales work.
  • Prior experience in FMCG or Dairy sales will be preferred.

Education:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
