Job Description: We are looking for a Field Relationship Manager (FRM) for our Loan DSA Vertical.

In this role, you will:

  • Meet and onboard Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Home Loan Consultants (HLCs).
  • Collect DSA details, sign MOUs, and provide on-ground business support.
  • Visit RACPCs and DSAs for business follow-ups.
  • Track loan files from login to disbursal.
  • Share daily updates, market feedback, and competitor insights.

This is a field work & relationship management role (B2B).
