Role Description

  • Meet HLCs/DSAs as per the schedule provided by the onboarding team or city head.
  • Collect DSA location information if the meeting is scheduled by someone else.
  • Carry, sign, and hand over MOU to DSAs whenever required.
  • Visit both RACPC offices and conduct meetings with HLCs/DSAs outside as needed.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups and provide support to drive conversions with HLCs/DSAs.
  • Address and resolve on-ground issues related to DSAs.
  • Take updates every 2–3 days regarding: Monthly business expectations & File status (from login to disbursal).
  • Prepare daily reports and share updates with the reporting manager/city head.
  • Coordinate regularly with the RACPC NB coordinator.
  • Track whether DSAs are sourcing files under their individual code or a corporate DSA code.
  • Collect competitor insights and market feedback from DSAs

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management skills and experience in client servicing
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market and property laws/regulations
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Experience in sales or similar client-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
