Job Description:
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Relationship Manager to support PropertyXpo overall sales operations and business development. This profile plays a vital role in lead generation and client engagement by reaching out to prospective buyers or sellers via calls. Youll share property details, handle inquiries, qualify leads, arrange site visits, and collaborate closely with sales teams to help close deals. Your efforts directly contribute to expanding the client base and boosting sales figures.
Role & responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads, follow up, and close sales appointments
- Make outbound calls to introduce/promote products and services.
- Handle incoming enquiriesanswer questions, resolve complaints, schedule callbacks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, site managers, and property developers
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits and client interaction
- Meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, call volume, and conversion rates.
- Maintain lead databases and track sales progress
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth
- Provide post-sales support and service coordination when needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (freshers may apply)
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telecom or B2B sales (real estate exposure is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting
