Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Rohtak. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored financial and insurance solutions. The role includes proactively reaching out to potential and existing clients, managing advisor engagements, providing consultations, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. Collaboration with the internal team to achieve business targets and delivering exceptional service is a key aspect of the position.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and client consultation
  • Understanding of insurance and financial products, along with market knowledge
  • Capability in strategic planning and execution to achieve business goals
  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for customer engagement
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment and deliver results under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
