Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager's day-to-day tasks involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for addressing client queries, offering tailored insurance solutions, and assisting in claim processes. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and ensure timely delivery of services.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
