**Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Sector 74A, Gurgoan

Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate sales (mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. The RM will be responsible for managing client relationships and CP relationships, generating new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build long-term trust and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

2.Understand client requirements and provide suitable property/investment solutions.

3.Conduct meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close sales.

4.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

5.Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and sales pipeline.

6.Collaborate with the sales & marketing team for lead generation and conversion.

7.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by offering post-sales support.

8.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
