Role Overview

We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager
to join our Gurugram team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective business strategies and on-ground engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct
    client site visits
    to understand customer requirements, present tailored solutions, and ensure
    successful client acquisition and conversion
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders to enhance business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client data and sales records for business continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Operations) to support business development initiatives and optimize client satisfaction.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process to build trust and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with market research and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Real Estate or EdTech industry is an added advantage.
  • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
