Relationship Manager – National Young Authors' Fair

Location: Gurgaon (Remote/Hybrid) | Experience: Freshers/Experienced

BriBooks is hiring Relationship Managers for its flagship initiative — The National Young Authors' Fair, the world's largest book-writing event for school children.

As a Relationship Manager, your core mission is to maximize school participation in the Fair by building and nurturing strong relationships with schools, principals, and teachers. You will be at the heart of a movement that helps young students become published authors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to schools across India and introduce them to the National Young Authors' Fair.
  • Ensure maximum registration and publishing participation from each school onboarded.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and teachers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for schools, resolving queries and ensuring smooth participation.
  • Represent BriBooks and NYAF with professionalism, clarity, and passion.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with educators.
  • Driven, persuasive, and confident in holding conversations with school leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schools and follow-ups.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
