Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer queries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements, and driving customer engagement. The role involves regular interaction with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth project execution and handover.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Customer Engagement skills
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Experience in Project Coordination and Team Collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in the interior design or home furnishing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
