Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Dealer located in Delhi. The Relationship Manager Dealer will be responsible for managing and enhancing dealer relationships, executing trades, providing market insights, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include monitoring market trends, advising clients on trading strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of equity, commodity, and currency markets
- Experience in relationship management and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in brokerage and trading platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as NISM or equivalent are a plus
