Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers in strategic locations to enhance market presence.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess dealer performance metrics, providing guidance to meet sales and service targets.
- Training & Development: Organize training sessions to ensure dealers are well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, informing dealer development strategies.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all dealers adhere to company policies, operational guidelines, and branding standards.
- Team Handling
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- Experience: 8-13 years in dealer development or sales management, preferably within the automobile or electric vehicle industry.
