Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand market presence and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers across India. The role involves driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between headquarters and regional distributors to ensure smooth communication and execution of business strategies.
- Support distributors and dealers in developing marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, providing insights to guide product and sales strategies.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Oversee implementation of new products, pricing strategies, and market segmentation guidelines.
- Encourage collaboration among distributors through joint promotions and initiatives to enhance market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and suggest improvements to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the automotive or consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of the Indian market; prior work experience in India is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and occasionally abroad for training and meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
