Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and presenting real estate solutions to clients. The Senior Sales Manager will also analyze market trends and provide insights to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, real estate sales, and managing sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills to understand market trends and identify opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
