Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Executive to manage and develop strong business-to-business relationships. The role involves generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain B2B client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
