**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Outbound Calls (B2B/B2C)

**Location**: Sector 2, Noida
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹24,000 CTC
**Experience**: 1+ Year (Preferably in Domestic Calling)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven **Business Development Executive (BDE)** to join our dynamic team. The role involves making **outbound calls** to both **B2B and B2C clients**, with a focus on selling either:

- **Shine Portal Subscriptions** (A platform offering various online services), or
- **Educational Courses** (Related to skill development and training).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate calls to both business clients (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) for selling either the Shine portal subscription or educational courses.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide detailed information about Shine portal features or the educational courses to potential clients.
- **Customer Support**: Address client queries, handle objections, and maintain a positive relationship with both existing and potential clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
