Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Noida

Department: Sales

Reports to: Director

Job Purpose: To generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers through calls, visits, and networking.
  • Present and explain product/service offerings to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Keep track of sales activities and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Mix of office-based and fieldwork.
  • Regular client interaction and travel as needed.

Salary & Benefits:
