Sales Manager-B2B

Job Summary:
The B2B Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional partners, universities, and corporate clients. The role focuses on expanding business opportunities, managing partnerships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of learning solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new B2B partners including corporates, universities, and training institutions.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships – from lead generation to post-sales account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, academics) to deliver client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and partnership presentations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Analyze client performance data to provide insights and drive retention & upselling.
- Coordinate with the product and delivery teams to ensure project execution within timelines.
- Participate in events, webinars, and partnership meetings to represent the brand.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, or partnerships — preferably in EdTech, education, or corporate training.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹42,000.00 per month
