Addox is a leading digital marketing agency seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term clients while exceeding sales targets.
- Representation of Addox: Represent Addox in meetings, calls, and events, presenting our services to potential clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and creative teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client goals.
- Client Meetings and Follow-ups: Attend in-office and external meetings, provide updates, and ensure ongoing communication.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Leverage digital marketing expertise to offer relevant solutions and strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual benefit and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related industry.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and trends is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
