Executive Assistant To Managing Director

Role & responsibilities
Calendar Management:
Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and events for the Director.
Manage the Director's calendar, ensuring optimal time utilization and prioritization.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications directed to the Director.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, emails, and reports on behalf of the Director.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
Provide the Director with comprehensive travel briefs and support during trips.
Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations as required.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate follow-up actions and track progress on tasks assigned during meetings.
Document Management:
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents related to the Director's activities.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Task Prioritization:
Assist in prioritizing tasks and managing the Director's to-do list.
Anticipate needs and proactively address them to enhance the Director's efficiency.
Relationship Management:
Foster positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
Act as a liaison between the Director and other team members or departments.
Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative duties such as phone calls, email management, and office supplies procurement.
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the Director.
