Executive Assistant To Director

The duties and responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Support to the Director:
Assisting the Director daily in the execution of his duties.
- Managing the Directors agenda, ensuring effective arrangement of meetings with third parties.
Providing the Director with all necessary background information for effective meeting participation.
Travel Logistics:
Managing travel logistics for the Director and the Management team.
Optimizing and planning travel schedules for the Director to facilitate remote decision-making.
Support to the Management Team:
Assisting the Management Team in planning, coordinating, and following up on their joint activities.
Board of Directors Support:
Providing administrative support to the Board of Directors.
Organizing logistics for Board meetings, both virtual and in various international locations.
Follow-Up and Communication:
Organizing follow-up actions from various Director and Board meetings, conference calls, and business trips in collaboration with the management team.
Drafting replies to emails and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Project Management:
Taking responsibility for specific projects to support the Director and COO in their work delivery.
Skills and Competencies Required for the Role
Experience:
Proficiency in administrative procedures, managing files, and records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal.
Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver quality results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to cope with periods of high workload.
- Ability to learn new software applications with ease.
