About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and articulate Business Development Specialist to drive strategic growth initiatives and support high-value client engagements. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations and proposals tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships; act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft strategic pitch narratives and customized solutions.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to support business planning.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports, insights, and forecasts to leadership.
  • Support in proposal drafting, pricing discussions, and RFP responses.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Client Engagement roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation/storytelling abilities.
  • Advanced expertise in MS PowerPoint and ability to create visually compelling, structured decks.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple pitches, and meet tight timelines.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
