Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze market trends
- Proficiency in using Sales Software and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
