Business Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify & qualify potential clients, create targeted sales campaigns, and build strong networks.
  • Sales Process:
    Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Track, measure, and analyse sales performance for continuous improvement.

  • Proven success in
    B2B sales

  • Strong
    communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain
    long-term client relationships

  • Self-motivated,
    results-driven

    .
  • Experience with
    CRM systems
    & good computer knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or related field
    (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of work experience
    in sales/business development.
  • Must own a
    bike
    for field visits.
