Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, managing sales staff, developing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to drive sales performance. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate the sales team and enhance overall sales performance.

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
  • Skilled in developing sales strategies and analyzing sales data
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and drive sales performance
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
