Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, creating sales reports, and training sales representatives. The Sales Manager will also coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Experience in creating Sales Reports and Performance Analysis

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Mechanical
  • Experience in the manufacturing or tooling industry is a plus
