We are looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for managing organizational sales, developing business plans, meeting targets and supervising and organizing the sales team.
Role & responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense control
- Meeting planned sales goals
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Monitoring sales goals
- Reporting of sales
- Monitoring the sales team activity and performance
- Ongoing training of sales people
- Coordination with marketing for lead generation
- Recovery of payments
- Coordination with internal teams
- Attend relevant business development forums as defined by organization
- Promoting organization and products
- Understand ideal customer and research market opportunities
- Developing sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge and education
Preferred candidate profile
- A masters degree in business or related field
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Ability to lead a sales team
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
