Educational Qualifications

  • A first class  Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university of Top 100 Universities of  NIRF or India Rankings 2024: Top 40 in Law.
  • A Master's degree (LLM) in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, or Social Justice Policies is highly preferred.
  • Specialization in reservation policies, affirmative action, or equality law is desirable.

Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in legal advisory, policy drafting, and litigation management in government or public sector roles.
  • Expertise in constitutional provisions related to reservations and their implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of government recruitment rules, affirmative action policies, and social welfare laws.
  • Experience in handling legal compliance, RTI responses, and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Ability to coordinate with ministries, legal experts, and stakeholders for policy formulation and execution.

Other Requirements

  • Familiarity with Supreme Court and High Court judgments on reservation policies.
  • Experience in drafting legal frameworks for government schemes related to social justice.

Strong research and analytical skills to assess policy impact and legal challenges.

  2. Drafting & Reviewing Contracts – Preparing agreements, MoUs, and legal documents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  3. Litigation Management – Representing the government in legal proceedings, coordinating with external counsel, and handling disputes.
  4. Policy Analysis & Implementation – Evaluating legal implications of government policies and ensuring smooth execution.
  5. Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identifying potential legal risks and implementing strategies to safeguard government interests.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination – Collaborating with ministries, regulatory bodies, and legal experts to ensure policy alignment.
