Location- Delhi

Project – Department of Social Justice & Empowerment

No. of Positions – 2

Educational Qualifications:

  • A first class graduate in Commerce or Management (from institutes ranked by NIRF - 2024– either Top 100 in Overall or Top 100 Universities or Top 50 Colleges or  Top 50 in Management). The applicant with Post Graduate degree will be given preference.

Experience:

3-8 years of experience in Financial Management within government/ PSUs/or private-sector firms.

Skills and Expertise

The Financial Management Expert is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and strengthening the financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting processes of the organization/project. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial policies, regulatory standards, and Government requirements, while also providing strategic guidance to optimize resource allocation, financial performance, and sustainability.

Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports and forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning processes to support organizational goals.
  • Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
  • Provide financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor finance staff to enhance organizational capacity.
  • Support procurement and contract management processes with financial due diligence.
