Educational Qualifications:
- A first-class graduate in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related field (from institutes ranked by NIRF 2024 either Top 100 in Overall or Top 100 Universities or Top 50 Colleges or Top 50 in Management).
- Applicants with a Post-Graduate degree/diploma in HRM, MBA (HR), or Organizational Development will be given preference.
Experience (3-8 years):
- Proven experience in Human Resource Management within government organizations, PSUs, or private-sector firms.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, government HR rules, and compliance frameworks.

The Human Resource Expert is responsible for overseeing and strengthening HR systems, policies, and processes of the organization/project. The role involves ensuring compliance with service rules, labor regulations, and government requirements, while also providing strategic guidance to enhance human capital development, organizational culture, and workforce efficiency.
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, frameworks, and procedures in alignment with government norms.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement, well-being, and capacity-building programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, service rules, and government HR policies.
- Provide strategic HR insights to senior management for organizational decision-making.
- Manage HRMS/HR analytics systems for effective data-driven decision-making.
- Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
- Support organizational restructuring, change management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including state departments, NGOs, and partner organizations on HR matters.
- Train and mentor HR staff to strengthen institutional HR capacity.
