JD - Lead Consultant Convergence

Years Of Experience - 15 Years

Education Qualification - B.E/B.Tech/BCA/ MCA/MHA/M.Phil (Health Systems) & MBA or equivalent qualification in public health from a reputed and recognized University or Institution.

i) Minimum 15 years of experience in public health consulting / program management / Government public health project

(ii) Healthcare experience

(iii) Relevant soft skills: leadership, communication, team building, documentation, etc.

(iv) Proficiency in technology and experience of working in healthcare technical projects is preferred.

Job Description/ Key Responsibility

The Lead consultant will strengthen scheme implementation and coordinate with NHA team and converged Ministry / Department in below activities:

i. The Lead Consultant will oversee the Convergence PMU, ensure optimal allocation of tasks, and be responsible for effective engagement, coordination, and productivity of all PMU resources. Provide overall technical and functional guidance and support.

ii. Provide guidance to the team in scheme related development, product development, testing, deployment related activities.

iii. Relationship management, Scope finalization, Issue resolution. Oversee validation and updating of the target beneficiaries, tracking and information sharing.

iv. Present workflows, functionalities, and capabilities of each convergence, to the NHA leadership based on the discussions and research conducted.

v. Review the product roadmap (including enhancements) created by the Scheme Managers and present to NHA leadership for approval(s), as required.

vi. Collaborate with NHA technical teams and cross functional teams to ensure continuous development in product features. Collaborate with healthcare providers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to understand their functional needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

vii. Ensure overall performance, scalability, security and privacy requirements.

viii. Present the list of identified potential risks, its mitigation plan to the NHA leadership; Present the list of identified fraudulent activities with NHA leadership for deciding on corrective measures.

ix. Collaboration with network expansion and network operations team.

x. Any other task relevant to the convergence scheme.
