About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced
APAC IT Recruiter
to lead hiring initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region.

You'll collaborate closely with business and HR leaders, design market-specific sourcing strategies, and ensure smooth, high-quality hiring delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage
    end-to-end IT recruitment
    across APAC, aligning with business goals.
  • Develop and execute
    country-specific sourcing strategies
    for diverse APAC markets.
  • Partner with
    business leaders and HRBPs
    to forecast hiring needs and deliver top talent.
  • Conduct
    market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence
    .
  • Provide insights and data-driven updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters; ensure
    high performance and engagement
    .
  • Promote
    diversity, inclusion, and an excellent candidate experience
    .
  • Represent the
    Talent Acquisition (TA)
    function in client and leadership discussions.
  • Optimize recruitment tools, ATS, and processes for maximum efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years
    of experience in IT recruitment, focusing on
    APAC region hiring
    .
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing roles across multiple APAC markets.
  • Deep knowledge of
    market trends, hiring challenges, and talent networks
    .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a
    client-facing or regional recruitment role
    .
  • Leadership exposure — ability to guide, coach, and motivate recruiters.
  • Familiarity with
    labor laws and cultural nuances
    across APAC countries.
  • Hands-on with
    LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS tools
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (
    MBA/PGDM preferred
    ).
