Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles. This role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with qualified IT candidates across domains such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data science.

Important Note: This is NOT an HR Generalist / HR Operations role. Please do not apply if you have experience only in HR functions such as payroll, employee engagement, or operations. This is a pure recruitment role focused on IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team goals, and candidate profiles.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, company career page, and social media platforms.
  • Actively source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and internal databases.
  • Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information and hiring activity.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring teams and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT and technical roles, tools, and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Zoho Recruit).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
